The Falls Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on August 7, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Mary Ann Duvall's Farm on Wilson Road (see directions below). Doors open at 10 a.m.. We encourage all property owners to attend. Agenda items will include the following.

• Treasurer’s Report.
• President’s Report.
• Announcement of the increased Annual Maintenance Fee for 2022-2023.
• Board Members nominations - two board member positions need to be filled each with terms expiring.
• Issues and concerns from Association Members.

Directions: Follow Falls Creek Road to the bottom and out to Wilson Road. Take a left onto Wilson Road and the farm is immediately on your right. We will meet in the covered patio area to the left of the main building.
