On June 5th, 2013, Aqua North Carolina, Inc. (Aqua) became the owner and operator of the water systems serving Falls Creek, Knob Creek, and Timberlane Subdivisions.

Aqua’s Operations Center is located at 202 MacKenan Court, Cary, NC 27511. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Should you have any questions about your service or billing, please contact the customer service call center at 877-987-2782 during regular business hours. If you experience a water emergency after business hours, please call 877-987-2782 and the answering service will contact Aqua’s on-call personnel.

The new Residential Water Service rates are as follows:
Base Facility Charge: $17.12 base charge
Usage Charge: $5.03/1,000 gallons of water usage
