The Falls Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on August 2, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Williamson Creek Community Center. Doors open at 10 a.m.. Agenda items will include the following.

• Treasurer’s Report.
• President’s Report.
• Adjusted Annual Maintenance Fee for 2015-2016.
• Board Members nominations. We have two director position to fill.
• Annual Maintenance Day.
• Issues and concerns from Association Members.

Directions: From Knob Road, proceed to Williamson Creek Road. Take a right onto Williamson Creek Road and proceed for approximately ½ mile, crossing a bridge to Williamson Creek Community Center Road on your left. The road bears a bit to the left up a hill approximately 200 yards.

Falls Creek Road is scheduled to be closed to thru traffic beginning Monday morning, May 5th, to facilitate replacement of a failed culvert that runs under the road. The work is expected to be completed within the day, but due to the nature of the failure (water entering the culvert but not exiting) the potential for work scope expansion does exist and it could take longer to complete the repair. Signage, physical barriers, and safety cones will be placed at the intersection of Falls Creek Road and Three Mile Knob Road coming up the hill and at the intersection of Whispering Springs Road and Falls Creek Road going down. Barriers will be positioned such that property owners that reside on Falls Creek Road can still get to and from their properties. Thank you for your cooperation.
