We will be doing general cleanup and maintenance along the roads of Falls Creek development on Saturday, September 19th* and would love it if you joined us. We will be doing minor road repairs, spreading rock on the edges of roads, treating moss on road surfaces, clearing drainage ditches, and trimming branches. We will also be needing a couple of people to direct traffic at the road closures.

For safety reasons, portions of Falls Creek Road, Three Mile Knob Road, and Whispering Springs Road may be closed to thru traffic on that day while cleanup is being done. Other areas in the neighborhood may be addressed as time permits.

The Falls Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on August 1, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Williamson Creek Community Center. Doors open at 10 a.m.. Agenda items will include the following.

• Treasurer’s Report.
• President’s Report.
• Adjusted Annual Maintenance Fee for 2016-2017.
• Bylaws and Covenants revisions
• Board Members nominations. We have one director position to fill.
• Annual Maintenance Day.
• Issues and concerns from Association Members.

Directions: From Knob Road, proceed to Williamson Creek Road. Take a right onto Williamson Creek Road and proceed for approximately ½ mile, crossing a bridge to Williamson Creek Community Center Road on your left. The road bears a bit to the left up a hill approximately 200 yards.
